and filed an application for withdrawal of suit. Taken on record and
marked as Exh.03.
ORDER BELOW EXH.03
The application is filed to withdraw the suit as the parties have
reached settlement out of the court do not wish to continue the suit
further. The suit was filed through authorized representative Mrs.
Anuradha Kollam, however, she was unable to appear in person.
Hence, whatsapp video call through cell phone of Adv. Morajkar
bearing cell No.7738739401 was made on cell No.7709766317 of
Mrs. Kollam. She admitted settlement out side the court and also
prayed for withdrawal of the suit. The said submission made at bar
in presence of Adv. Morajkar is taken on record. In view of the
matter being settled out of the court, permission as prayed is
granted. Separate order is passed below Exh.01 -

In view of the order passed below Exh.03 matter disposed of as
withdrawn. Court fees be refunded as per rules.
