ORAL ORDER
The plaintiffs/decree holders, by way of an application at
Exh.6 prayed for leave to amend and substitute para J of the Execution
Application praying to get possession of the suit flat by breaking open
the locks. There were three plaintiffs in the suit i.e. the decree holders.
Application at Exh.6 was granted. While carrying out amendment, it

was noticed that the name of the plaintiff no.1 alone was mentioned
and the names of the plaintiff nos.2 and 3 were missing. The plaintiffs
want to correct the said mistake and to carry out amendment as per the
Order on Exh.6.
2 Perused an application at Exh.6 and order passed thereof.
The mistake appears to be inadvertent and it should be corrected.
Hence, the order:
ORDER
The Application (Exhibit-7) is allowed and leave is granted to the
plaintiffs to correct error in Execution Application No.82 of 2018 as per
the prayer clause-4 in this application.
2 Office to issue execution accordingly.
3 The Application (Exhibit-7) stands disposed of accordingly.
