UPON READING the Petition of SHRI SANJEEV TAGADUR
RAMARAO & MRS. SUMA TAGADUR SURESHCHANDRA the above
named Proposed Adopters/CoPetitioners declared on 25 th day of
March, 2019 and the minor to be adopted from Vatsalya Trust, situated
at Near Kanjur Marg police station, Kanjur (East), Mumbai 400 042
AND UPON HEARING SANGEETA NAGPAL Advocate for the Proposed
Adopters/CoPetitioners above named AND UPON the Proposed
Adopters/CoPetitioners through their said Advocate UNDERTAKING to
produce the said minor whenever called upon to do so AND FURTHER
UNDERTAKING to present the followup Reports of the said minor
SHARANYA alias SAI SHARANYA to this Hon'ble Court AND UPON
BEING satisfied that the Adoption will be for the welfare of the said
minor SHARANYA alias SAI SHARANYA AND UPON BEING satisfied

that the conditions for a valid adoption are fulfilled I DO ORDER that
the Proposed Adopters/CoPetitioners are guardian of the said minor
SHARANYA alias SAI SHARANYA referred to in the Petition as being
born on 7th day of June, 2018, is hereby given permission to give said
minor SHARANYA alias SAI SHARANYA in adoption to herself AND I
DO FURTHER DECLARE THAT the birth date of the said minor
SHARANYA alias SAI SHARANYA is 07.06.2018 as referred to in the
Petition AND I DO FUTHER ORDER that separate Certificate to be
issued by Municipal Corporation of Mumbai, giving the above date of
birth of the said minor SHARANYA alias SAI SHARANYA and giving the
names of the Proposed Adopters/CoPetitioners as adoptive parents of
the said minor SHARANYA alias SAI SHARANYA AND I DO FURTHER
ORDER that the same shall serve as the Birth Certificate of the said
minor for all purposes required by law and the Proposed Adopters/Co
Petitioners are hereby considered as the parents of the said minor AND I
DO FURTHER ORDER that henceforth the said minor will be known as
SAI SHARANYA SANJEEV TAGADUR. Proposed Adopters/Co
Petitioners are hereby granted leave to apply to the concerned
Municipal Authorities and I DO ORDER that the concern Municipal
Authority to issue a birth certificate of the said female minor namely
SAI SHARANYA SANJEEV TAGADUR and showing the Proposed

Adopters/CoPetitioners as her parents for all purposes AND I DO
LASTLY ORDER that the Proposed Adopters/CoPetitioners to pay a
sum of Rs.2,500/ to the Indian Council of Social Welfare, Mumbai
towards their costs.
