The reason for delay stated that the appellant is a non public organization and some of the office bearers were not available and the talks of settlements are going on. Ld. Counsel for respondent opposed the application on the ground of insufficient reasons. I considered submissions on behalf of both the sides.
The delay of 16 days is not an inordinary delay. The reason appears to be plausible. The delay of 16 days needs to be condoned, however, subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- to paid to DLSA on or before next date.
Appeal be registered.
Ld. Counsel for respondent requests time to file reply and R and P. In the meantime the execution of impugned order is stayed until next date.
