1311/18 The concerned officer present before the court
made a statement at bar that the MCGM will follow due
process of Law before initiating any action on the basis of
impungned notices (Page no.42 and 50). The plff and the
adv.for plff made a submission that they will file additional
reply and documents to the said notices within a period of
two weeks with the concerned authority. The concerned
authority of MCGM shall after considering the previous
reply, documents and the additional reply or documents, if
any, shall pass the final order/speaking order. The speaking
order so pass shall be communicated to the plaintiff. If the
order is adverse to the interest of the plff then no coercive
action shall be taken for a period of two weeks from the date
of communication. In view of the statement made by the
officer of MCGM
