The Chamber Summons is filed by the plaintiff
to change the name of the defendant from 'Crompton
Greaves Ltd' to 'C G Power & Industrial Solutions Ltd'. The
Chamber Summons is supported by affidavit of Vijay Walanj
the authorised signatory of the plaintiff company. He on
oath stated that advocate for defendant vide letter dated
5/1/18 has informed that the defendant company's name is
changed w.e.f. 27/2/17. Therefore, the application is filed to
change the name of the defendant. The advocate for
defendant filed reply and has no objection. As the defendant
company's name is changed, hence pass following order:

1. Chamber Summons is allowed.
2. The plaintiff is allowed to change the
