For reason separately recorded following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.2,99,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand Only) to the plaintiff and interest on principal amount of Rs.2,30,000/-at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
