ORAL ORDER
Today, learned advocate Ms. Simran Chaudhari for the
plaintiffs, plaintiff Nos. 1 to 3 and learned advocate Ms.Meena Dhuri for
the defendants/BMC are present before the Court. Plaintiff voluntarily
accepted the contents in the application alongwith their signatures.
They submitted before the Court that they want to withdraw the suit
unconditionally. The defendants/BMC also have no objection for
withdrawal of suit. Plaintiff filed photocopy of Aadhar Card in respect of
proof of identity. They also admits their signatures on application.
Considering the grounds mentioned in the application and in view of
Order XXIII Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, I proceed to
pass following order.

2. The plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the L.C.Suit No.808/2021
