Chavan was called upon to submit as to what is the status of suit premises as on today or as on 10.04.2019. She submitted that she has no instructions as the officer is on election duty.
Defendant The Municipal Corporation of Gr. Mumbai is directed to submit the copy of demolition report on next date. It is made clear that the Court may hear the parties on N/M no. 1863/19 finally.
