They filed Consent Terms vide Exh. 9 Consent Terms are signed by plaintiff’s and defendant No. 2 and 3. Parties are identified by their respective Advocate. Parties admitted signature and contents of the compromised pursis. They submitted that disputes has been amicably settled and suit be disposed of as per Consent Terms. Therefore Consent Terms taken on record. 2. Adv for Defendant No.1/BMC submitted that she has no objection but cost may be imposed. Adv for plaintiff submitted that BMC has issued notice hence we have filed suit. In the circumstances and in view of the Consent Term, I pass following order. ORDER 1. Suit against defendant No.1/BMC is disposed of as withdrawn. 2. Suit between plaintiffs and defendant Nos. 2 and 3 is decreed as per consent term below Exh. 9 3. Consent terms be treated as part of decree. In view of disposal of Suit, NM No. 1298/2018, NM No 2324/2021 and Ch/s No. 1249/2021 stand disposed of. Judge -- 1 of 1 --
