In view of the statement of the officer of the defendant corporation suit and registered NM no. 1522/19 are disposed of with direction to defendant corporation to proceed according to law. Till then and in case of adverse order two weeks thereafter defendant corporation shall not take any coercive action. All contentions are kept open. Suit be registered for statistical purpose. Proceeding is closed.
