ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT-1.
Today authorized representative of plaintiff bank by name
Chandra Banu along with his advocate are present. He filed original
authority letter along with Identity Card in proof of his identity. He
submitted that matter is settled out of court with defendant in OTS
scheme. He voluntarily accepts terms of settlement along with his
signature hence, read and record and verified. Plaintiffs sought
withdrawal of suit as account is closed. Matter is amicably settled
between the parties. Accordingly, suit is disposed off as withdrawn.
Court fees be refunded to plaintiff as per law. Call back writ of
summons issued against defendant. Inform concern department
accordingly. Accordingly proceeding is closed.
