In this application, the applicant sought transfer of Suit
No.1018/14 from C.R. No.31 and Suit No.1015/14 from C.R. No.32
respectively to C.R. No.20 where the other two suits i.e. Suit
No.2014/14 and Suit No.1017/14 are pending. .
2 I have heard ld.counsel for the applicant. The respondent
inspite of service remained absent.
3 All these suits are for recovery of money filed by the
plaintiff against the same defendant. In order to avoid inconvenience to
the plaintiff, who is coming from Kerala to attend these suits, these suits
are brought together in one court to be heard and decided as per law.
Hence, I pass the following order:

1) T.A. 82/18 is allowed.
2) S.C. Suit No.1018/14 (presently in C.R. No.31), S.C. Suit
No.1015/14 (presently in C.R. No.31) are withdrawn and
are transferred to C.R.No.28.
