Perused N/m supported by an affidavit.  Also perused the speaking order page no.27 of the Plaint. Heard.   The Ld.adv.for the MCGM submitted that till the date he do not have any instructions.  He requested that matter be kept on 02.04.2018.    On perusal of the speaking order, in paras no.2 and 3,  the designated officer has observed that the plff has not produced any documents.  On perusal of reply (page no.24 to 26 of the plaint), para no.3 shows that the plff has annexed various documents viz., Assessment bill, Certificate of Registration etc.  Those documents are not considered by the designated officer.  Hence the concerned officer to remain present before the court on next date till then no coercive action shall be  taken by the MCGM
