Till the date no speaking order is passed. Unless the speaking order is passed after considering the reply, the MCGM cannot take the action. Hence the concerned officer is directed to remain present before the court on next date for the said clarification. Matter be kept for ad interim hearing, till then no coercive action shall be taken.
