F.R.S.R. following order is passed-
ORDER
1.Summons for Judgment No.126 of 2019 in Summary Suit No.1440 of 2018, is hereby partly made absolute.
2.Summary Suit No.1440 of 2018 stands decreed to the extent of principal amount of Rs.1,40,000/-.
3.Defendants are directed to pay to the plaintiff an amount of Rs.1,40,000/- within two months from the date of this order.
4.Defendants are granted leave to defend in respect of interest component.
