Mr. Rohan Kumawat officer of the corporation submitted that
due to the technical defect defendant corporation withdraw the
speaking order dated 23.03.2019. He further submitted that
defendant corporation will follow the due process of law and
pass fresh speaking order.
In view of the statement of the officer of the defendant
corporation suit and registered NM no. 1522/19 are disposed
of with direction to defendant corporation to proceed according
to law. Tll then and in case of adverse order two weeks thereafter
defendant corporation shall not take any coercive action. All
contentions are kept open. Suit be registered for statistical
purpose. Proceeding is closed.
