1) The Chamber Summons is filed by the legal heirs of
plaintiff to bring them on record as they want to contest the
proceeding. The chamber summons is supported by affidavit
Ashish Girdharilal Beg. There is delay. However the defendants
have no objection which is noted in the chamber summons to
bring legal heirs of deceased plaintiff. The chamber summons is
supported by the death certificate of original plaintiff. It shows
that he expired on 20/08/2018. Hence pass following order:
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons is allowed.
2. The legal heirs of deceased plaintiff are
brought on record by condoning delay.
