ORDER
. Plaintiff taken out this Chamber Summons to the delete the
name of plaintiff no.1 and to implead applicants as a legal heirs of
deceased plaintiff no.1 with prayer for condonation of delay if any.
2. Plaintiff no. 1 expired on 10.01.2018. Chamber Summons
was taken out by plaintiff and leave was obtained to register the
Chamber Summons on 10.04.2018. However, that Chamber Summons
in advertently remain to be registered. Hence, that Chamber Summons
disposed of by order dated 19.12.2018 and taken out present Chamber

Summons. Therefore, considering the reason for condontion of delay is
required to be condoned. Hence I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.793/2019 is made absolute in
terms of prayer clause.
