ORAL ORDER
This chamber summons is taken out by the plaintiff for
correcting the name of defendant no. 8 and for deleting the name of
defendant no. 9 by adding the name of proposed defendant no. 9(A).
Chamber summons is supported by an affidavit in support.
2. Perused chamber summons. Heard both the sides.
3. Ld. Advocate for defendant no. 7(A) to 7(G) submitted no
objection. Ld. Advocate Mr. Bhandari for defendant nos. 3 to 6,8 and
9, on previous date orally submitted no objection for allowing this
chamber summons. Considering the submissions, chamber summons

needs to be allowed. Hence, I proceed to pass following order:
ORDER
1. Chamber summons No. 560/18 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff is permitted to correct the name of
defendant no.8 from Mrs. Smita Hansraj Jain to Mrs.
Sunita Hemraj Jain and delete the name of defendant
no. 9Diren V. Shah and add the name of defendant no.
9ASmt. Ranjana D. Shah in the title of the plaint.
3. Chamber summons is disposed of accordingly.
