ORDER
1. Heard learned Advocate for the plaintiff and learned Advocate for
the defendant corporation.
2. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks to amend the plaint
by bringing the subsequent facts on record. The plaintiff had sought to
bring the said facts on record.
3. The Chambers Summons is opposed by the Corporation.

4. It is stated by the plaintiff that at the time of hearing on ad-
interim relief on 28.03.2019, some demolition were carried out by the
officer of the corporation. The plaintiff seeks to bring the said fact on
record.
5. The amendment sought are subsequent facts which would not
change the nature of the suit would also not prejudice the defence of
the corporation.
In order to avoid the multiplicity of the suit, the amendment
sought needs to be allowed. In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 786 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint within 14 days
from date of order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
