         I have verified the contents of the Consent Terms Exh.13 from the representative of the plaintiff, who has admitted the same as true correct and forthcoming. It appears that the parties have settled their dispute amicably out of the Court as per the terms and condition in the Consent Terms hence, suit is hereby decreed as per the terms and conditions of Exh.13. Parties to bear their own costs. Court fee if any be refunded as per rules. Case is disposed of accordingly.
             It is brought to my notice that plaintiff has taken out the S/J no.104/18, but original Summons for Judgment is not submitted by the plaintiff to the Court. Hence said summons for Judgment be treated as disposed of.
