ORDER
1. Plaintiff filed instant notice of motion seeking injunction
against defendants from creating third party interest in the Suit Room
No.6, Gr. Floor, 6B first floor, Chawl no.208, Amir Bux Chawl, Pipe
Road, Vilie Mohd. Lane, Kurla(W), Mumbai 400 070.
2. Notice of Motion is opposed by defendant nos. 1 and 2 by
filing reply.
3. Heart both the sides. Ld. Advocate for the defendant nos.1
and 2, on instructions, made a statement that, they are not going to
dispose of or create third party interest in the suit premises. Hence, in
view of aforesaid statement, the notice of motion deserves to be

allowed. Thus, I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No.1215/2018 is allowed and made absolute in
terms of prayer clause(a).
2. Parties to bear their own costs.
