She is representing herself and plaintiff No.1 as Director of the Company. She has submitted that she does not wish to proceed with the present case -- 1 of 3 -- 2 in view of the grant of heirship certificate and intents to withdraw the present suit unconditionally. Plaintiff is dominous litus. They are the master of their own case. As they do not wish to proceed with the present suit, it would be just and proper to grant them permission for such withdrawal. As it is unconditional withdrawal, I do not find it proper to impose costs of the defense on plaintiffs. In the result, I pass the following order :- ORDER 1. The present application below Exhibit No.8 in Short Cause Suit No.1106 of 2020 is allowed. 2. Plaintiffs are permitted to withdraw the suit unconditionally. 3. Necessary order will be passed below Exhibit No.1. 4. The present application below Exhibit No.8 in Short Cause Suit No.881 of 2013 is disposed of accordingly. (A. H.
