Although defendants have objected to chamber summons but I am of the view that proposed amendment is to correct error committed by the Plaintiffs in carrying out amendment in pursuance to order dtd.22.06.2018 passed in Chamber summons no.867/18. The proposed amendment is of formal nature and to rectify error committed while carrying out amendment. So, chamber summons deserves to be allowed. Hence, pass following order.
