ORAL ORDER
This is a chamber summons taken out by the plaintiff for
addition of defendant no.6 as a necessary party. Heard the learned
advocate M.L. Varma for plaintiff. Perused the service affidavit along
with three R.P.A.D. sealed envelops with endorsement ''unclaimed'' by
the defendant no.2 to 4.
2. Defendants No.1,2,3 & 5 sold their rights to defendant no.6
vide agreement dated 21.03.2017. Therefore, defendant no.6 is a
necessary party. Hence, the chamber summons is allowed as prayed.

ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.545 of 2018 is allowed.
