ORDER
1. The plaintiff has filed instant Notice of Motion seeking
following reliefs :
a) The resolution dated 14.06.2020 passed by Defendant
no. 5 APEX board of Great Eastern Gardens may be
declared as null and void and may be set aside.
b) The plaintiff be permitted to continue as the secretary
of APEX till the hearing and final of the above this
Notice of Motion.
c) Adinterim and Interim reliefs in terms of prayer Clause
(a) and (b).
d) For costs of this Notice of Motion.

2. The plaintiff has challenged the impugned Minutes of
Meeting / resolution dated 04.04.2020 passed by defendant no. 1.
In pursuance to that alleged resolution, the defendant no. 5 by its
resolution dated 14.06.2020 removed the plaintiff from the post of
Secretary of Apex, Great Eastern Gardens. This Court has stayed
the effect, operation and implementation of Minutes of Meeting /
resolution dated 04.04.2020. Hence, nothing would survive in
present Notice of Motion. Hence, the present Notice of Motion
also needs to be disposed of. Thus, I proceed to pass the
following order.
ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No. 1298 of 2020 is hereby disposed of in
terms of orders passed in Notice of Motion No. 1231 of 2020.
2. Parties to bear their own cost.
