ORDER
Heard, respective advocates. The applicant claiming to be the legal representatives of deceased plaintiff have taken out this Ch/s for adding them as plaintiffs.  The copy of death certificate of the plaintiff prima facie shows that he died on 28.02.2018.  The Ch/s has been moved within the statutory limitation.  The suit is for declaration about the legality and vires of the notice issued U/s 351 of MMC Act and order passed thereon.  Therefore the right to sue survives.  Therefore the Ch/s No. 538 of 2018 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).  Accordingly amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
