ORAL ORDER
1. By this application the plaintiff is praying for extension of
time for carrying out amendment.
2. Perused the application and say. Heard both the sides
advocates. On perusal of record, it appears that amendment
application/ chamber summons of the plaintiff was allowed by order
dated 05.04.2022 and he was directed to carry out amendment within
14 days from the date of order. However, the plaintiff did not carry out
amendment and now by this application again he is seeking time for
carrying out amendment. Already stipulated period is over, therefore,
application deserves to be rejected. Hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Application Exhibit No.7 is rejected.
2. Application Exhibit No.7 is disposed off.
