It appears from submissions of the parties that the plff. is seeking interim relief restraining alienation of the flats in number of buildings without seeking no objection of the plff. and without clearing the outstanding amount to be paid by the flat owner to the plff. and such reliefs are sought against the societies as well as flat owner in different suits. The Ld. adv. for plff. pointed out that the Suit No. 1988/18 and Suit No. 1989/18 are pending before C.R. No.1 against the societies and in that court ad-interim relief has been granted restraining those societies from giving no objection certificate to the flat owners and members of the societies for transfer of the respective flats without clearance of plffs due. In such circumstances it appears that the similar issues involved in the instant suit as of all the suits the plff. being a developer is claiming the relief against the aforesaid parties in similar circumstances. Therefore it would be appropriate for the plff. to make necessary application for assigning all such similar suits to any one court for avoiding conflicting opinions of different courts. Accordingly, the plff. to take necessary steps for filing such application.
