2.   Amendment be carried out in the plaint and notice of motion within two weeks from today.
3.   The plaintiff shall serve the copy of amended plaint of existing as well as the proposed defendant and shall tender affidavit of service.
4.  Chamber Summons no. 753/19 is disposed off accordingly.
