L O K – A D A L A T A W A R D
The dispute between the parties is referred for
determination to the Lok Adalat. The parties have compromised /
settled the dispute as per Appendix I.
1. Suit No. 1520/2018, Nahar Builders Ltd. V/s Sengupta
Angshu & Anr., is decreed in terms of Award passed in Lok
adalat (Exh. __) and consent terms (Exh. __).
2. Award passed in Lokadalat (Exh. __) and consent
terms (Exh. __) shall form part and parcel of the Decree.
3. Pending Notice of Motion / applications, if any, shall
stand disposed off.
4. Parties shall bear their own costs.
5. Court fees, be refunded, if any, to the plaintiffs, as per
rules.
6. Compromise decree be drawn up, accordingly.
