Exh.09 is allowed. 2. M/s. Liz Investment Private Limited,
Agent of Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay is directed
to deposit the entire arrears of Royalty amounting to
Rs.1,36,76,000/- towards the arrears of royalty for the
period from July, 2019 to August, 2021 at the rate of
Rs.5,26,000/- per month alongwith late fees as per rules
within 3 months of this order. 3. On failure of depositing
the arrears, the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay is at
liberty to take back possession of subject property from
M/s. Liz Investment Private Limited as per rules. 4. Costs
for this application shall be in cause. Matter Adjd for
hearing on 18/04/2022.
