ORDER
1. The Notice of Motion No.1285/2020 is hereby allowed.
2. The defendants bank personally or through their representatives are restrained from taking coercive action against plaintiff on account of notices issued by the defendant no.1 Bank dtd. 31/12/2019, notice issued by defendant no.2 dated 08/01/2020 and notice issued by defendant no.3 dated 20/01/2020. Defendants or their representatives are restrained from branding the plaintiff as willful defaulter/dissemination and publishing the name of plaintiff as willful defaulter till final disposal of the suit.
