ORDER
1. The Notice of Motion No.1283/2020 is hereby allowed.
2. The defendants bank personally or through its representatives are restrained from taking coercive action against plaintiffs on account of notices issued by the defendant no.1 Bank dtd. 24/09/2019 and notice issued by defendant no.2 dated 16/05/2018. Defendants or their representatives are restrained from branding the plaintiffs as willful defaulter/dissemination and publishing the name of plaintiffs as willful defaulter till final disposal of the suit.
3. It is needless to say that defendants are at liberty to proceed against the plaintiffs regarding recovery proceedings, attachment, sale of attachment property to recover the defaulted loan.
