ORDER
1. The plaintiff has taken out this chamber summons seeking
an amendment to the plaint in respect of occurrence of the events
subsequent to the filing the suit. According to the plaintiff, after filing
the suit and granting adinterim relief on 16.3.2018, on 17.3.2018 the
designated officer passed an order with direction to remove the suit
structure or to face action for demolition etc. The plaintiff wishes to
make averments and consequent reliefs pertaining to the said order.

2. The advocate for the defendant strongly objected to grant
the chamber summons and continue the order of adinterim relief.
Considering the submissions made by respective advocates, it appears
that the proposed amendment is necessary for the determination of
matter in dispute and sound disposal of the suit. The amendment is
proposed diligently. Therefore, following order is passed:
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons no.528 of 2018 is made absolute in terms
prayer clause (a) with a direction to carry out the amendment
immediately.
