Defendant issued notice dated 15.02.2019 u/s 53 (1) of MRTP
Act. Record shows that plaintiff gave reply to the notice dated
20.03.2019. Hence, defendant corporation is directed to consider
the reply and documents filed by plaintiff and then pass speaking
order. Till then and in case of adverse order two weeks thereafter
defendant corporation shall not taken coercive action in respect
of the suit premises. In view of this suit and draft NM are
disposed of. They be registered for statistical purpose.
