:ORAL ORDER:
By way of this petition limited prayer has been asked by the Ld.
Advocate of the applicant to direct BMC Authority “T” Ward, Mulund
(West), Mumbai to issue Birth Certificate in the name of minor child
Sriyash Vijay Waingankar thereby certifying his date of birth as 24th
May 2005 on the basis of Certificate dated 8th December, 2005 issued by

this Court in Misc. Petition No. 258/2005.
2. Perused the application. Perused the Record and Proceedings of
the Misc. Petition No. 258/05. The said Misc. Petition No. 258/05 is for
adoption which is granted and as per Certificate dated 08.12.2005 the
date of birth of minor child was declared as 24.05.2005. At the time of
granting Adoption Petition directions were not given to BMC Authority
to issue Birth Certificate of the child. Therefore it is necessary to give
such directions. Therefore Misc. Application needs to be allowed.
Therefore, following order.
ORDER
1. Misc. Application 36/2019 in Misc. Petition 258/2005 is
allowed.
2. The BMC Authority “T” Ward, Mulund (West), Mumbai
is directed to issue Birth Certificate in the name of minor
child Sriyash Vijay Waingankar thereby certifying his
date of birth as 24.05.2005 on the basis of Certificate
dated 08.12.2005 issued by Registrar City Civil Court,
Bombay in Misc. Petition No. 258/2005.
3. Misc. Application 36/2019 disposed off.
