For the reasons separately recorded, the following order is passed
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.1,24,743.34ps (Rs. One Lakh Twenty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three and Thirty Four Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest on principal amount of Rs.82,000/- at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
3. Court fee, if any, be refunded as per rule.
