By this chamber summons, the legal representative of
original plaintiff no.1 is seeking permission to amend the plaint and
for condonation of delay. He wants to bring on record his name as
plaintiff no.1(a) and also wants to add his sister as defendant no.2
on the ground that she is not interested to implead herself as
plaintiff no.2.
2. Heard Ld. Counsel for the parties. Perused the record.

3. The proposed amendment does not change the nature of
the suit and trial has not yet started. The original plaintiff no.1
expired on 3.11.2017 and chamber summons was filed on
8.3.2018. Hence, chamber summons will have to be allowed.
Hence, following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber summons no.522/2018 is made absolute in
terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
2. Necessary amendment be carried out in two weeks.
