O R D E R
1 Plaintiff has filed this application to stay the order of
rejecting ad interim relief. According to plaintiff, plaintiff in this suit
has challenged the notice U/s 52(1) of MRTP Act and order passed
thereon. This Court had refused ad interim relief. Suit premises is Jain
Temple. Plaintiff wants to challenge the said order before Hon'ble High
Court. Hence prayed to stay the order for six weeks.
2 Defendant filed say and contended that the ad interim
relief is refused on merit. Hence, prayed to reject the application.
3 Heard both the sides.
4 In this suit plaintiff has challenged the notice and order
U/s 52 (1) of MRTP Act. This Court has refused ad interim relief.
However, plaitniff wants to file appeal from order. Therefore, in view
of submission of both the parties, I pass following order:

ORDER
1 Execution and implementation of order is stayed
for two weeks from today.
2 Application Exh. 2 is disposed of accordingly.
