This Notice of Motion is filed by defendant to extend the time
for compliance with the orders of the court in Notice of Motion No.
2716/2017 and thereby notice of motion was allowed. Defendant was
directed to pay the cost of Rs. 1000/ to the plaintiff on or before next
date. Defendant failed to pay the cost. Hence, this application is filed for
extension of time to pay the cost.
2. Heard both the parties. Perused the material on record.

3. Upon considering the hearing one last opportunity is granted
to the defendant to pay the cost. Accordingly, I pass the following order.
: ORDER :
1. Notice of Motion No.1134 of 2018 is made absolute in terms
of prayer clause (a) and (b).
2. Cost be deposited on or before next date.
3. If cost is not paid this notice of motion shall be treated as
dismissed and this order as cancelled.
