ORDER 1. Defendant No.1 and 2 jointly and severally shall pay Rs.97,843/- (Rupees Ninety Seven Thousand and Eight Thousand Forty Three only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendants do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
