Today matter is fixed for passing dismissal order. None present on
behalf of plaintiffs when called today repeatedly for near about 3
times. Record shows that inspite of sufficient opportunity and
reasonable time period plaintiff has failed to adduce any evidence
in support of their suit. Admittedly the present suit is very old and
pending since last 7 years. So looking the above facts available on
record, it reveals that plaintiff has lost his interest in order to
proceed with the suit further against defendants. In such situation
no purpose would be served to adjourned the matter for one more
date for passing dismissal order. Hence, the present suit is
dismissed for want of prosecution. Pending applications if any are
disposed of.

parties be returned to them, on their submitting its Certified
Copies, if the documents are exhibited, or Self-attested True Copies,
