appears that the Plaintiff has replied the notice on
7.03.2018. In the facts and circumstances, in view of
principle of natural justice, it is for the defendant to
consider the reply tendered by the plaintiff and pass
speaking order on its own merits. Therefore, it is just and
proper to give directions to the defendant accordingly.
Hence, it is directed to the defendant to consider reply
tendered by the Plaintiff dtd 7.03.2018 and pass speaking
order by giving period for compliance to the Plaintiff as per
the law, pursuance to the notice dtd 6.03.2018. With this
directions, N/M no. 1113/18 is hereby disposed of
