Notice of Motion No.1406/2019 is hereby allowed subject to cost of Rs.8,000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand only) to be paid by the defendant as a condition precedent.

Out of the cost amount of Rs.8,000/-, an amount of Rs.4,000/- shall be paid to the plaintiff towards delay and amount of Rs.4,000/- shall be deposited in the office of legal aid (DLSA, Mumbai).
