suit stands dismissed for want of prosecution on his behalf. All the
pending applications and NM No. 1264/2020 accordingly stand
disposed off. He is directed to get registered the suit within one
week from passing of this order. He is also called upon to bear the
costs of the suit. Bill of costs be drawnup accordingly.
