execution proceeding No.499 of 2018 is disposed off as
withdrawn unconditionally. Despite that the employer of the
defendant kept on hold the latters salary from February
2020 on the ground that he / it has not received order of the
Court .Therefore, the instant N/M is to set aside warrant of
salary attachment issued on the employer of the defendant.
The plaintiff has filed say and given no objection to the
N/M. Therefore, N/M is allowed. The order of warrant of
salary attachment of the defendant dated 20.06.2019 is
hereby cancelled. Inform the employer of the defendant
accordingly. Authenticated copies given to both parties if
requested
