1 The plaintiff alongwith his advocate are absent though
called repeatedly. Recorded Roznama of the suit shows that the
plaintiff is absent since long. Neither they appeared nor taken
steps to proceed further. On last date, plaintiff was directed to get
the suit registered. But the plaintiff has not get suit registered. In

such circumstances, it is just to dismiss the suit for want of
prosecution and default in proceeding with the suit. Hence,
