F. R.S.R. following order is passed -
Order
1. The Summary Suit No. 900 of 2021 stands decreed with costs.
2. The defendant shall pay the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum from the date of institution of the suit till the date of decree and also thereafter till receiving the decreetal amount.
3. The defendant to pay the costs to the plaintiff.
